In the diploma thesis, we presented the replacement of heating and cooling devices, where we initially described the existing heating and cooling system. We made an analysis of all possible systems that would make sense for installation and that would improve efficiency. Based on the exported data from the existing control system, we estimated the data on the need for cooling and heating from previous years to the new rated power of the devices. With this assessment, we were then able to show by calculation that we cover the needs for cooling and heating with the new devices and that we also increased the savings with them. At the end, we also showed the process of replacing the devices to make it easier to understand how the process of replacing the heating and cooling devices in the building takes place.
