Abstract
V diplomskem delu primerjam sodelovanje s starši v slovenskem in norveškem vrtcu. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je opisano sodelovanje s starši na splošno, predstavljeni so modeli in oblike sodelovanja, načini komunikacije, prednosti in ovire sodelovanja s starši ter potek sodelovanja s starši v Sloveniji in na Norveškem. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil s kvalitativno raziskavo ugotoviti, kakšne podobnosti in razlike se pojavijo pri sodelovanju s starši v slovenskem in norveškem vrtcu. Podatke sem pridobila s pomočjo polstrukturiranih intervjujev s štirimi diplomiranimi vzgojitelji in štirimi starši. Zbrane podatke sem med seboj primerjala, jih analizirala in iz njih ugotovila podobnosti in razlike. Iz dobljenih rezultatov lahko sklepam, da je sodelovanje s starši v Sloveniji in na Norveškem podobno.

Title:Comparison of Slovenian and Norwegian kindergartens in cooperation with parents
Abstract:
The following diploma thesis compares the cooperation between parents and kindergarten teachers in Slovenian and Norwegian kindergartens. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on cooperation between parents and kindergartens in general, outlining models and forms of collaboration, communication methods, advantages and obstacles of cooperation with parents from a teacher’s perspective, and the approach to working with parents in Slovenia and Norway. I used qualitative research to determine the similarities and differences in the cooperation between parents and kindergarten teachers in Slovenian and Norwegian kindergartens. I obtained the data through semi-structured interviews with four graduate kindergarten teachers and four parents. I compared and analyzed the data to discern similarities and differences. From the findings, I concluded that cooperation with parents in Slovenia and Norway is comparable.
