Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen razvoj preizkuševališča za umerjanje in končno kontrolo krmilnikov za elektromotorje. V teoretičnem delu naloge so opisani zgradba krmilnika, CAN-komunikacijski protokol in načrt procesa končne kontrole. V metodologiji raziskave je opisana definicija specifikacij, predstavljen je razvoj preizkuševališča in programske opreme. Načrt testiranja je izdelan na podlagi ročnih testnih postopkov. Preizkuševališče je zasnovano tako, da uporabniku omogoča preprosto uporabo in vključuje vse potrebne strojne in merilne komponente. Programska oprema je razvita v programskem jeziku Python in uporabniku omogoča nadzor nad procesom, nastavljanje parametrov ter shranjevanje rezultatov. Na koncu je celosten sistem primerjan z ročno metodo testiranja, s čimer je preverjena učinkovitost nadgradnje ročnega sistema testiranja.

Title:Development of a testing facility for calibration and final inspection of electric motor controllers
Abstract:
The thesis presents the development of a test facility for calibration and final inspection of controllers for electric motors. The theoretical part of the assignment describes the structure of the controller, the CAN communication protocol and the plan of the final inspection process. In the research methodology, the definition of specifications is described, the development of the testing facility and software is presented. The test plan is created based on manual test procedures. The test bench is designed to be user-friendly and includes all the necessary hardware and measurement components. The software is developed in the Python programming language and allows the user to control the process, set parameters and save results. Finally, the integrated system is compared with the manual testing method, thus verifying the effectiveness of upgrading from the manual testing system.
