Abstract
V nalogi smo raziskali vpliv MDF ter iverne plošče na akustične lastnosti zvočnih omaric. Najprej smo narejenim vzorcem izmerili dušilne lastnosti materiala, kjer smo raziskali tudi vpliv bitumna. Ugotovili smo, da ima MDF nižje dušenje kot iverna plošča. Nato smo iz obeh materialov izdelali zvočne omarice, kjer smo uporabili plošče debeline 12 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm in 28 mm. Narejenim omaricam smo z modalno analizo določili lastne frekvence stranic omarice. Omarice smo modelirali tudi z metodo končnih elementov in z modalno analizo ravno tako določili lastne frekvence stranic omarice. Ugotovili smo dobro ujemanje med izmerjenimi in izračunanimi lastnimi frekvencami stranic omarice. Omaricam smo določili tudi prenosne funkcije, kjer smo v omarice vgradili zvočniško enoto, s katero smo vzbujali stranice omaric. Na podlagi izmerjenih prenosnih funkcij omaric smo ugotovili, da omarica, narejena iz MDF plošče debeline 19 mm ustreza splošnim zahtevam zvočnih omaric in da za omarico takšnih dimenzij ni potrebe po stranicah večjih debelin.

Title:Acoustic analysis of speaker enclosures : graduation thesis - university studies
Abstract:
In the thesis the influence of MDF and chipboard material on the acoustic properties of speaker enclosures was studied. First, the damping properties of the material with and without bitumen were measured. It was found out, that MDF has much lower damping values as particle board. Then identical inner volume speaker enclosures from both materials with panel thickness of 12 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm and 28 mm were constructed. The modal analyses of all enclosures were made and the boxes were modelled with the finite element method. The analysis showed very good correlation between the measured and modelled frequencies. The transfer functions of the boxes with the build in speakers were also measured. Based on this measurements it was found out that the enclosure, made from MDF board thickness of 19 mm corresponds well to the general requirements of the loudspeaker boxes and that for the enclosure of such dimensions there is no need for larger thicknesses panel.
