Individuals with Asperger's syndrome are characterised by naivety, inability to lie, clumsiness, impairment of fine motor skills, being overwhelmed by stimuli when exposed to complex situations, sensory hypersensitivity, difficulties with eye contact, visual memory, difficulties in social interactions and special interests. Visual art activity offers support on the emotional, social and mental level, creativity and the development of imagination, it is a tool for creating relationships and a means of self-expression.
