Abstract
V diplomski nalogi se bomo ukvarjali z interpretacijo Inferna, dela Božanske komedije italijanskega pesnika Danteja Alighierija v slovenskem prevodu Andreja Capudra.

Title:INFERNO:interpretation of cantos in an experimental graphic technique
Abstract:
In the thesis, we will focus on the interpretation of Inferno, a part of the Divine Comedy by the Italian poet Dante Alighieri, in the Slovenian translation by Andrej Capuder. We will examine the roles of the editor, designer, and printer, thus concentrating on researching the interconnection of these roles and the consequences and contributions of the designer's involvement in all the listed roles necessary for the execution of the book. The outcome of the thesis will be two copies of the interpretation of Inferno, one of which will be printed using an experimental dry printing technique with pigments. By incorporating creativity throughout the entire process and execution of the interpretation, we will innovatively transfer the original material, created in the 14th century, into a modern context. This will be achieved, among other things, by adapting printing processes specifically for the purpose of completing the thesis.
