Načrtovanje in vrednotenje uporabniške izkušnje prikaza zahtevnejših tabeliranih podatkov na mobilnih napravah

V diplomskem delu smo se posvetili načrtovanju uporabniške izkušnje za mobilno spletno platformo Livestat RZS, ki je namenjena predstavitvi statističnih podatkov. Glavni cilj diplomskega dela je bil razvoj funkcionalnega prototipa uporabniškega vmesnika mobilne spletne platforme. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej definirali koncept uporabniške izkušnje, poudarili njeno pomembnost ter raziskali dejavnike, ki nanjo vplivajo. Osredotočili smo se na oblikovanje tabeliranih podatkov na zaslonih mobilnih naprav in se dotaknili oblikovanja grafičnih elementov. V praktičnem delu smo izvedli kvantitativno raziskavo in intervjuje za določitev idealnih uporabnikov. Prav tako smo analizirali že obstoječe aplikacije. Na podlagi teh raziskav smo oblikovali modele nizke in visoke vernosti (lo-fi in hi-fi modele), ki so združevali funkcionalnosti naše aplikacije, pri čemer smo upoštevali tudi povratne informacije anketirancev in podrobne odgovore intervjuvancev. Sledilo je preoblikovanje grobih žičnih modelov v grafični vmesnik mobilne aplikacije s pomočjo programov Figma in Adobe XD, priprava prototipa za eksperimentalni del ter izvedba vrednotenja uporabniške izkušnje. Pri tem smo uporabili standardne vprašalnike za vrednotenje uporabniške izkušnje UEQ in MeCUE. Rezultat diplomskega dela je funkcionalen prototip mobilne aplikacije za ogled kompleksnih tabeliranih statističnih podatkov, ki je razumljiv in uporabniku prijazen.

• Title: Planning and evaluation of user experience of displaying complex tabulated data on mobile devices

Abstract

In the thesis, we focused on planning the user experience for the Livestat RZS mobile web platform, which is intended for the presentation of statistical data. The main goal of the thesis was the development of a functional prototype of the user interface of the mobile web platform. In the theoretical part, we first defined the concept of user experience, emphasized its importance and investigated the factors that influence it. We focused on the design of tabular data on the screens of mobile devices and touched on the design of graphic elements. In the practical part, we conducted quantitative research and interviews to determine ideal users. We also analyzed already existing applications. Based on this research, we designed lo-fi and hi-fi models that combined the functionalities of our application, considering the feedback from respondents and detailed answers from interviewees. This was followed by the transformation of the rough wire models into the graphical interface of the mobile application using the Adobe XD program, the preparation of the prototype for the experimental part and the evaluation of the user experience. In doing so, we used standard questionnaires for evaluating the user experience UEQ and MeCUE. The result of the thesis is a functional prototype of a mobile application for viewing complex tabulated statistical data, which is comprehensible and user-friendly.
