The private forest property plan serves to show the forest landowner the current state of his forest and its developmental potential. The landowner may, on the basis of these indications, plan the management of the forest and compare the work, the expenses and the revenues related to the forest. The plan presents the state of the property, includes a detailed sylvicultural plan of and economically evaluates the management. We calculated that the landowner, who owns 36,42 ha, gains 3,545 per year by working in forest by himself.
