Razglednice kot vir za razumevanje procesa slovenizacije (post)habsburške slovenske Štajerske

Po koncu prve svetovne vojne in razpadu Avstro-Ogrske si je nova slovenska uprava prizadevala vzpostaviti jezikovno homogeno in popolnoma slovenizirano ozemlje na področjih nekdanje habsburške Štajerske, ki so prišla pod jugoslovansko oblast. Namen tega prispevka je pokazati, da so razglednice lahko uporaben vir za razumevanje procesa postimperialne slovenizacije.

• Title: Postcards as a source for understanding the process of slovenisation in (post)slovenian Styria

Abstract

After World War I and the collapse of Austria-Hungary, the new Slovenian administration strived to establish a linguistically homogeneous and fully Slovenianised territory in the parts of the former Habsburg Styria that had come under the Yugoslav authority. This contribution aims to show that postcards can be a valuable source for understanding the process of post-imperial Slovenianisation.
