Abstract
Zamrzovalno sušenje je napreden in učinkovit proces sušenja različnih materialov. Sušenje poteka preko sublimacije in desorpcije, kar dosežemo z vzpostavitvijo nizkega tlaka in temperature v sušilni komori. Proces je sestavljen iz treh faz: zamrzovanje, primarno sušenje in sekundarno sušenje. Liofilizacija nam omogoča dolgotrajno shranjevanje osušenih produktov, ne da bi pri tem poškodovali in deformirali začetno strukturo ter sestavo vzorca. Uporablja se v farmaciji, industriji, mikrobiologiji, čedalje bolj pa je prisotna tudi v gospodinjstvu. Z uporabo CAD programa Solidworks smo modelirali osnovno zasnovo dveh različnih gospodinjskih liofilizatorjev zunanjih mer 595 mm x 595 mm x 567 mm. Pri tem smo se osredotočili na hkratno reševanje zahtev gospodinjskih aparatov in zahtev dolgotrajnega liofilizacijskega procesa v luči enostavnega in učinkovitega nadzora procesa zamrzovalnega sušenja.

Title:Basic design of a household lyophilizer
Abstract:
Freeze-drying is an advanced and efficient process for drying various materials. Drying occurs through sublimation and desorption, achieved by establishing low pressure and temperature in the drying chamber. The process consists of three phases: freezing, primary drying, and secondary drying. Lyophilization enables long-term storage of dried products without damaging or deforming the initial structure and composition of the sample. It is used in pharmaceuticals, industry, microbiology, and increasingly in households. Using the Solidworks CAD program, we have modeled the basic design of two different household lyophilizers with external dimensions of 595 mm x 595 mm x 567 mm. In doing so, we focused on simultaneously addressing the requirements of household appliances and the demands of the prolonged lyophilization process, considering easy and efficient control of the freeze-drying process.
