Abstract
V magistrski nalogi preučimo vpliv gibanja trdne faze na makroizcejanje v aluminijevi zlitini. Predpostavljamo Newtonsko mešanico s konstantno gostoto in laminarni tokovni režim. Delež faz določimo z vzvodnim pravilom. Sklopljen sistem ohranitvenih enačb prostorsko diskretiziramo z brezmrežno difuzno aproksimativno metodo, časovno pa z mešano Eulerjevo metodo. Advekcijske člene stabiliziramo z metodo protivetrnih podpornih domen. Gibanje trdne faze vključimo s hevrističnim modelom, kjer predpostavljamo, da je hitrost gibanja trdne faze prek deleža kapljevite faze sorazmerna s hitrostjo mešanice. Rezultati kažejo, da je gibanje trdne faze ključni dejavnik pri makroizcejanju, saj povzroča višje hitrosti mešanice in transport sestavin trdne faze.

Title:Meshless simulation of macrosegregation considering solid phase motion
Abstract:
We investigate the effect of solid phase motion on macrosegregation in an aluminium alloy. A Newtonian mixture with constant density is assumed. The flow pattern is assumed to be laminar. The phase fraction is determined using the lever rule. The coupled system of conservation equations is temporally and spatially discretized using a mixed Euler method and the meshless diffuse approximate method. Advection terms are stabilized using the method of upwind support domains. The solid phase motion is included with a heuristic model, where the solid phase velocity is assumed to be proportional to the mixture velocity through liquid fraction. The results show that solid motion has an essential effect on macrosegregation, as it causes higher mixture velocities and species transport due to the moving solid phase.
