Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava načrtovanje proizvodnega prostora in montažnega procesa za izdelek, razvit v slovenskem podjetju. Najprej smo izdelek razčlenili v podsestave in nato še detajlno na posamezne sestavne dele. S pomočjo strukture izdelka se je določil vrstni red montažnih operacij. Z Work-Factor hitrim postopkom smo izračunali čase posameznih montažnih operacij. V nadaljevanju naloge smo predstavili novo zasnovan tloris, kjer smo upoštevali intenziteto toka materiala in razporeditev montažnih mest ter ostalih potrebnih površin. Podrobno smo opisali glavna montažna mesta in razporeditev zalogovnikov. Pridobljeni rezultati in ugotovitve v nalogi nam služijo za postavitev optimiziranega ročnega montažnega sistema obravnavanega izdelka.

Title:Design and concept of an optimized assembly process in a company
Abstract:
The master's thesis deals with the design of production space and assembly processes for a product developed in a Slovenian company. Initially, we dissected the product into subassemblies and then further into individual components. Using the product structure, the sequence of assembly operations was determined. Using the quick Work-Factor method, we calculated the times for individual assembly operations. In the continuation of the task, we presented a newly designed layout, taking into account the material flow intensity and the layout of assembly stations and other necessary areas. We provided a detailed description of the main assembly stations and the arrangement of stockpiles. The obtained results and findings in the task serve us in setting up an optimized manual assembly system for the discussed product.
