Načela trajnostne revitalizacije na primeru proizvodnega območja Union

Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na trajnostno revitalizacijo industrijskega območja Union, pri čemer se posebna pozornost namenja vidikom trajnostnega razvoja in potrebam študentov. Obravnavano območje predstavlja svojevrstno “mesto v malem” ali študentsko središče, ki je tesno povezano s središčem mesta. Glavni cilj je prilagoditi programsko ponudbo tega območja njegovi okolici in raznolikim potrebam uporabnikov, zlasti študentov in pri tem upoštevati načela trajnostne revitalizacije.

Abstract

The thesis focuses on the sustainable revitalisation of the Union Industrial Area, with particular attention to sustainable development aspects and the needs of students. The area in question represents a kind of “city within a city” or student centre, closely connected to the city centre. The main objective is to adapt the programming of the area to its surroundings and to the diverse needs of its users, especially students, while taking into account the principles of sustainable revitalisation.
