The thesis is a comprehensive analysis of the neighborhood’s condition, focusing on identifying and addressing key issues it faces. The analyses indicate several deficiencies within the neighborhood, includ- ing poorly developed transportation links, a lack of adequately accessible housing, and the need to improve green spaces and urban environments in general. Further discussion in the thesis is centered on presenting and interpreting the concept of modular and sustainable urbanism as a potential solution to the identi-
fied problems. This approach to urban development emphasizes the need for efficient resource utilization, reduction of negative environmental impacts, and the creation of functional, safe, and pleasant urban environments for residents. Additionally, the thesis highlights the importance of involving the local community in the decision-making and planning process. Furthermore, the role of urban planning in shaping future urban spaces tailored to the needs and desires of residents, while also being sustainable and contributing to the comprehensive development of the neighborhood, is emphasized.
