In additive manufacturing technology, particularly Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), the products exhibit anisotropic characteristics. This master's thesis focuses on enhancing the interlayer strength of 3D-printed objects, especially in the direction of the Z-axis of printing, which reduces anisotropy. The research emphasizes the design, fabrication, and testing of various 3D-printed samples with composite structures created between layers. Samples reinforced with carbon fibers achieved up to 382 % greater tensile strength perpendicular to the printing direction compared to samples made solely from Polylactic acid (PLA). The measurement results have confirmed their consistency with the theoretically calculated values.
