Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljen Mobilnostni sveženj I, ki navaja spremembe in popravke, ki jih morajo vozniki tovornih vozil in avtobusov v mednarodnem prometu upoštevati pri svojem delu. Mobilnostni sveženj je bil sprejet zaradi izkoriščanja voznikov pri njihovem delu, primeri takega izkoriščanja so, da so vozniki več mesecev ostajali v kabini, nedosledno evidentiranje delovnega časa na tahografu, nespoštovanje socialne zakonodaje in neplačevanje za opravljeno delo. Predstavljena je problematika parkirnih mest v Sloveniji in Evropi kot tudi študija o obremenitvi voznikov tovornih vozil in avtobusov v mednarodnem prometu. Opisane so novosti novega pametnega tahografa druge generacije, ki omejuje nedosledno evidentiranje delovnega časa, saj se nadzorni organi opremljajo z napravami za kratkoročni doseg, ki bodo nadzorovale, ali vozniki delajo v skladu s predpisi, ne da bi jih ustavili. Na postavljeni hipotezi v uvodu je avtor v magistrskem delu skušal odgovoriti na naslednji način: na podlagi rezultatov o številu prekrškov glede na obremenitve voznikov pri njihovem delu in na podlagi problematike pomanjkanja parkirnih mest za voznike tovornih vozil na počivališčih slovenskega avtocestnega križa.

Title:THE IMPACT OF THE MOBILITY PACKAGE ON IMPROVING THE WORKING AND SOCIAL CONDITIONS OF ROAD TRANSPORT DRIVERS
Abstract:
This master's thesis presents the Mobility Package I which introduced changes and corrections that drivers of lorries and buses in international transport must adhere to during their work. The adoption of the Mobility Package is the result of the exploitation of drivers at work. Examples of such exploitation are when drivers remain in the cab for several months, the inconsistent recording of working time on the tachograph and the failure to adhere to social legislation, or when drivers are not paid for their performed work. The issue of parking spaces in Slovenia and Europe is presented, as well as the study concerning fatigue of truck and bus drivers in international traffic. This thesis describes the improvements in the new smart tachograph of the 2nd generation which limits inconsistent recording of working time as control authorities are equipping themselves with short-range devices that will monitor driver’s compliance with regulations without stopping them. The author tried to provide the answer to the two hypotheses stated in the introduction of his master's thesis based on the results of the number of offences in relation to the workload of drivers as well as the problem of parking places shortage for drivers of lorries at the rest areas of the Slovenian Motorway Cross.
