Abstract
Medosebni odnosi na delovnem mestu zaradi edinstvenosti vsakega posameznika predstavljajo velik izziv z vidika proučevanja. Pozitivni medosebni odnosi so ključnega pomena za uspešno delovanje organizacij, saj vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, ustvarjanje pozitivnega delovnega okolja, motivacijo posameznikov in produktivnost organizacije. V globaliziranem, digitaliziranem in hitro spreminjajočem se organizacijskem okolju je zato še posebej pomembna sposobnost vzpostavljanja in vzdrževanja pozitivnih medosebnih odnosov. Namen magistrskega dela je proučiti in izpostaviti ključne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na medosebne odnose na delovnem mestu, kot so vodenje, organizacijska klima in kultura, komuniciranje, delovni pogoji, zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, motivacija, sodelovanje zaposlenih, konflikt ter prikazati primerjavo medosebnih odnosov na delovnem mestu med javnim in zasebnim sektorjem. Raziskovalni izziv predstavlja dokaj neraziskano področje medosebnih odnosov na delovnem mestu, predvsem primerjava med javnim in zasebnim sektorjem. V magistrskem delu je ugotovljeno, da so medosebni odnosi na delovnem mestu med anketiranci, ki so sodelovali v raziskavi, bolje ovrednoteni v zasebnem sektorju kot v javnem. Dve skupini dejavnikov, ki bistveno vplivata na medosebne odnose v zasebnem sektorju, sta metoda izoblikovanja medosebnih odnosov in ustvarjanje distance vodje na podlagi njegovega načina vodenja. Prispevek magistrskega dela stroki je, da pridobljeni rezultati raziskave, dajejo vodstvenim pozicijam v obeh sektorjih pomembne iztočnice za opolnomočenje medosebnih odnosov na delovnem mestu in njihov razvoj. Ob izoblikovani strategiji razvoja in njihovem pogostejšem merjenju, bi zagotovo dosegli dvig nivoja kakovosti odnosov. Magistrsko delo zato predstavlja izhodišče nadaljnjih raziskav primerjalnih analiz na področju medosebnih odnosov na delovnem mestu med sektorjema tako v slovenskem prostoru kot pri primerjavi Slovenije s tujino.

Title:Comparative analysis of interpersonal relations in the workplace between public and private sector
Abstract:
Interpersonal relationships in the workplace due to the uniqueness of each individual represents a great challenge from the study point of view. Positive interpersonal relationships are crucial for the successful functioning of organizations, as they influence employee satisfaction, the creation of a positive work environment, the motivation of individuals and the productivity of the organization. In a globalized, digitized and rapidly changing organizational environment the ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships is therefore particularly important. The purpose of the master's thesis is to examine and highlight key factors that influence interpersonal relationships in the workplace such as leadership, organizational climate and culture, communication, working conditions, employee satisfaction, motivation, employee cooperation, conflict and to show a comparison of interpersonal relationships in the workplace between the public and private sectors. The research challenge is relatively unexplored area of interpersonal relations in the workplace, especially from the point of view of comparability between the public and private sectors. We found out that interpersonal relationships in the workplace among respondents who participated in the research are better evaluated in the private sector than in the public sector. Two groups of factors that significantly influence interpersonal relations in the private sector are interpersonal relationship building methods and distance resulting from the style of management. Master's thesis contribution to the profession is that the obtained research results give managerial positions in both sectors important cues for empowering interpersonal relationships in the workplace and their development. With developed strategies and more frequent measurements we would certainly achieve an increase level of quality of relationships. The master's thesis therefore represents the starting point for further research on comparative analyzes in the field of interpersonal relations in the workplace between sectors, both in the Slovenian area and when comparing Slovenia with other countries.
