Abstract

Title:Characteristics of a photovoltaic cell
Abstract:
In our bachelor thesis we focused on the characteristics of a photovoltaic module throughout the day. We measured the characteristics at three different inclinations. Additionally, we explored the impact of white and yellow artificial light on the performance of the photovoltaic module and compared the characteristics of an uncovered module with a quarter-covered one. For this purpose, we conducted experiments under natural daylight conditions during the day and under artificial light. Based on our analyses, we concluded that the characteristics were optimal at a 30° inclination, the module performed better under white light, and the covered module exhibited a less favorable characteristic than expected.
