Analiza učinkovitosti in uspešnosti poslovanja izbrane organizacije : diplomsko delo

Merjenje in analiziranje učinkovitosti ter uspešnosti poslovanja je pomembno tako za organizacije javnega sektorja kot tudi za organizacije zasebnega sektorja. Organizacije morajo ta dva pojma sprotno meriti, da se v primeru sprememb lahko hitro prilagodijo in bodo tako še vedno konkurenčne na trgu. Problemi lahko nastanejo tudi, ko tega podjetja ne počnejo ali pa nastanejo napake med samimi podatki oz. pri merjenju. Zato je namen diplomskega dela predstaviti ta dva pojma, razloge analiziranja in analizirati podatke, pridobljene iz letnih poročil, ter potrditi ali zavrniti zadane hipoteze o učinkovitosti in uspešnosti poslovanja podjetja v določenem obdobju. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela je bila uporabljena deskriptivna metoda z opisom pojmov, kazalnikov in predstavitvijo podjetja. Poleg te metode pa je bila uporabljena tudi kvantitativna metoda z deskriptivno statistiko. Ta metoda je bila uporabljena v raziskovalnem delu diplomskega dela, kjer se pridobljeni podatki analizirajo in raziskujejo. Obe hipotezi, ki sta bili zastavljeni na začetku diplomskega dela, sta bili na koncu potrjeni. Rezultati so pokazali, da je podjetje v zadnjih petih letih poslovanja od leta 2018 do 2022 poslovalo učinkovito in uspešno, kar je razvidno iz analize kazalnikov produktivnosti dela, gospodarnosti in donosnosti.

Izvleček

Measuring and analysing the efficiency and effectiveness of operations is important for both public sector organizations and private sector organizations. Organizations must constantly measure these two concepts so that in the event of changes they can quickly adapt and remain competitive on the market. Problems can also occur when companies do not do this or when there are errors in the data or the measurement. Therefore, the purpose of the thesis is to present these two concepts, the reasons for analysing the data obtained from the annual reports, and to confirm or reject the given hypotheses about the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operations in a certain period. The descriptive method was used in the thesis. This mainly includes the theoretical part of the thesis with a description of concepts, indicators, and a presentation of the company. In addition to this method, a quantitative method with descriptive statistic was also used. This method will be used in the research part of the thesis, where the obtained data is analysed and researched. Both hypotheses, which were formulated at the beginning of the thesis, were confirmed at the end. The results showed that in the last five years of business performance from 2018 to 2022, the company operated efficiently and successfully, which can be seen from the analysis of indicators of labour productivity, economy, and profitability.
