Abstract
Onesnaženje je postal velik okoljski problem. Eno od onesnaženj je onesnaženje z oljno meglo v industrijskih okoljih. Oljna megla škoduje tako zdravju kot okolju, zato smo ta problem reševali tekom magistrske naloge. Razvita je bila naprava za filtriranje oljne megle iz CNC obdelovalnih strojev. Določeno je bilo zaporedje izbranih filtrirnih vložkov, ventilator za ustvarjanje pretoka zraka in izdelana celotna konstrukcija naprave. Naprava je bila fizično izdelana in preskušena. Opravljene so bile meritve pretoka zraka skozi napravo ter ovrednotena kvaliteta izhodnega zraka iz naprave. Rezultat je bil več kot 98% odstranjevanje delcev iz vstopnega zraka.

Title:Development and experimental testing of an oil mist filtration system
Abstract:
Pollution has become a major environmental issue. One form of pollution is oil mist in industrial environments. Oil mist is harmful to both health and the environment, so we addressed this problem during master’s thesis. A device for filtering oil mist from CNC machining centers was developed. The sequence of selected filter cartridges was determined, a fan was used to create air flow, and the entire structure of the device was constructed. The device was also physically made and tested. Measurements of air flow through the device were conducted and the quality of the output air from the device was evaluated. The result was the removal of more than 98% of particles from the incoming air.
