Timsko delo mobilnih specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagogov s strokovnimi delavci v vrtcu : magistrsko delo

Abstract
Delo mobilnih specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagogov v vrtcu je zaradi zgodnje obravnave ključno za doseganje kritičnih mejnikov razvoja otrok s posebnimi potrebami. Zaradi kompleksnosti posebnih potreb je nujen timski pristop, ki vključuje povezovanje strokovnih delavcev kot članov tima z namenom doseganja skupnih ciljev. S timskim pristopom je obravnava otroka bolj celostna, interdisciplinarna in strokovna, saj temelji na povezovanju in nadgrajevanju različnih izkušenj, sposobnosti in znanja članov tima. Pri zagotavljanju učinkovitosti timskega dela je treba upoštevati vplive številnih dejavnikov, kot so osebna pojmovanja o timskem delu, sodelovalna naravnanost članov tima, motivacija za timsko delo, zaupanje med člani tima, razdelitev vlog in nalog v timu, timska pravila, komunikacija v timu itd. Osnovni cilj empirične raziskave je bil pridobiti vpogled v stališča, ki jih imajo mobilni specialni in rehabilitacijski pedagogi do timskega dela s strokovnimi delavci v vrtcu. Stališča strokovnih delavcev do timskega dela vplivajo na njihovo osebno pripravljenost za timsko delo, na pogostost izvajanja timskega dela ter na njegovo kakovost in učinkovitost. Cilj empirične raziskave je bil raziskati tudi pogostost izvajanja vseh treh etap timskega dela, izkušnje mobilnih specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagogov s timskim delom v vrtcu ter njihovo samozaznavanje učinkovitosti in problemov pri lastnem timskem delu. V raziskavi smo uporabili deskriptivno kavzalno neeksperimentalno metodo raziskovanja, ki je temeljila na kvantitativnem pristopu. Vzorec je sestavljalo 27 mobilnih specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagoginj, kar pomeni, da ugotovitev raziskave ne moremo posplošiti na celotno populacijo mobilnih specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagogov v Sloveniji. Podatke smo pridobili z elektronskim vprašalnikom, ki je vključeval več ocenjevalnih lestvic, s katerimi smo merili stališča, pogostost, samozaznavanje učinkovitosti, probleme pri timskem delu idr. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da med udeleženkami raziskave prevladujejo pozitivna stališča do timskega dela, ki statistično pomembno vplivajo na samozaznavanje učinkovitosti lastnega timskega dela. Rezultati analiz so pokazali tudi, da stališča mobilnih specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagoginj do timskega dela statistično pomembno ne vplivajo na pogostost srečevanja s problemi pri timskem delu. Preverili smo tudi vpliv delovne dobe na stališča do timskega dela in ugotovili, da delovna doba ne vpliva statistično pomembno na stališča do timskega dela. Večina udeleženk v raziskavi, ki so vključene v tim, zaznava lastno timsko delo kot učinkovito, se zanj počutijo primerno usposobljene ter imajo s timskim delom pozitivne izkušnje. Večina mobilnih specialnih in rehabilitacijskih pedagoginj izvaja etape timskega dela večkrat na leto. Udeleženke v raziskavi so poročale, da manj pogosto timsko delajo z drugimi specialnimi in rehabilitacijskimi pedagogi, ki delajo v vrtcu. Dobljeni rezultati prispevajo k boljšemu razumevanju delovnega mesta mobilnega specialnega in rehabilitacijskega pedagoga v praksi in spodbujajo načrtovanje organizacijskih izboljšav na tem področju, zlasti v smeri fleksibilnejše ureditve pedagoških obveznosti in urnika, ter izpostavljajo tudi pomembne strokovne ugotovitve na področju izobraževanja poklicnih profilov v vrtcu.

Title:Teamwork Between Mobile Special and Rehabilitation Teachers and Pre-school Teachers and Assistants
Abstract:
The work of mobile special and rehabilitation teachers in preschool is key to achieving crucial milestones in the development of children with special needs in terms of early intervention. Due to the complexity of special educational needs, the teamwork approach is required, which involves professionals working together as team members to achieve common goals. The teamwork approach ensures that the treatment of children is more holistic, interdisciplinary and professional as it is based on the combination and development of different skills, experiences and abilities of the team members. In ensuring the effectiveness of teamwork, the impact of numerous factors must be considered, such as personal understanding of teamwork, team members' inclination to participate, motivation for teamwork, trust between team members, division of roles and tasks within a team, team rules, communication within a team, etc. The basic aim of this empirical study was to gain an insight into the views of mobile special and rehabilitation teachers on teamwork with pre-school teachers and assistants. Professionals' views on teamwork influence their personal willingness to work in teams, the frequency of teamwork, as well as its quality and effectiveness. The aim of the empirical research was to investigate how often all three phases of teamwork are implemented, what experiences mobile special and rehabilitation teachers have with teamwork in preschool and how they assess the effectiveness of their own teamwork and the problems associated with it. The study used a descriptive, causal and non-experimental research method based on a quantitative approach. The sample included 27 mobile special and rehabilitation teachers, which means that the research results are purely illustrative and cannot be generalised to the entire population of mobile special and rehabilitation teachers in Slovenia. The data was collected using an online survey that included several rating scales (views, frequency, perception of own effectiveness, problems in teamwork). The research results showed that the respondents had a positive attitude towards teamwork, which had a statistically significant impact on their perception of their own teamwork effectiveness. The analysis results also showed that mobile special and rehabilitation teachers' views on teamwork did not have a statistically significant impact on the frequency of occurrence of problems related to teamwork. In addition, we examined the effect of length of service on views on teamwork and found that length of service did not have a statistically significant effect on views on teamwork. Most of the study participants who belonged to a team perceived their own teamwork as effective, saw themselves as competent enough for it and had positive experiences with teamwork. The majority of mobile special and rehabilitation teachers conducted the teamwork phases twice per year or more frequently per year. It was found that certain research participants and other special and rehabilitation teachers working in the preschool did not implement certain phases of teamwork. The results obtained contribute to a better understanding of the workplace of a mobile special and rehabilitation teacher, facilitate the planning of organisational improvements in this area, especially in terms of making pedagogical responsibilities and schedule more flexible, and highlight relevant professional findings on the training of professional profiles in preschool.
