Abstract
Diplomsko delo obsega optimizacijo proizvodne celice z namenom povečanja proizvodne zmogljivosti in zmanjšanja izgub. V ta namen smo uporabili orodja in metode vitke proizvodnje. Med postopkom vpeljave smo se osredotočili na ciljni proizvodni takt ventilatorja, ki nam ga določa tehnološki postopek v delovnem planu. Začeli smo z uporabo 5S metode, ki nam je omogočila učinkovito organizacijo delovnega okolja in odpravo nepotrebnih zapletenosti. Nadaljevali smo z izboljšavo sistema za oskrbo delovnih postaj z materialom, kar je pripomoglo k varnejšemu delovnemu okolju in zmanjšanju zastojev zaradi čakanja na material ali dostave napačnega materiala. Pomemben del optimizacije je zajemala SMED metoda, s pomočjo katere smo zmanjšali čas menjave orodij in s tem povečali razpoložljivi proizvodni čas. Zaključili smo z metodo balansiranja operacij na proizvodni celici, s katero smo neposredno skrajšali proizvodni takt ventilatorja. Med izvajanjem vseh metod smo uvedli sestanke na mestu proizvodnje, na katerih smo dnevno odpravljali težave v proizvodnji in preverjali upoštevanje in uspešnost izvedenih metod. Z uporabo vseh orodij smo uspeli znatno povečati produktivnost proizvodne celice ter doseči želeni proizvodni takt, kar je privedlo do izboljšane konkurenčnosti in boljše izrabe proizvodnih virov.

Title:Balancing production operations and implementing lean production on the production cell
Abstract:
The thesis consists of the optimization of the production cell with the aim of increasing production capacity and reducing losses. For this purpose, we used the tools and methods of lean production. During the implementation process, we focused on the target production cycle of the fan, which is determined by the technological process in the work plan. We started with 5S method, which enabled us to efficiently organize the work environment. Then we improved the system for supplying workstations with material, which contributed to a safer work environment and reduced waiting for material. An important part of the optimization was SMED method. We reduced the time of changing tools and increased the available production time. We ended up with a method of balancing operations on the production cell, with which we directly shortened the production cycle of the fan. During the implementation of all methods, we started with the meetings at the production site where we solved production problems on a daily basis and checked the effectiveness of the implemented methods. Using all the tools, we managed to significantly increase the productivity of the production cell and achieve the desired production rate, which led to improved competitiveness and better utilization of production resources.
