Stanje in vzdrževanje cevnih propustov na gozdni cesti Dobrova - Vraživnik : diplomsko delo - visokošolski strokovni študij

Nezadostno dimenzioniranje in vzdrževanje elementov za odvodnjavanje gozdne ceste posebej na slabo propustnih podlagah, se kaže kot problem prevoznosti gozdne ceste. Za pretok vode iz ene strani ceste na drugo stran izdelamo cevnipropust, pri tem moramo upoštevati primernost lokacije, pravilno vgradnjoin redno vzdrževanje. Vodo iz koritnice in jarka kontrolirano odvajamos cevnimi propusti. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti stanje cevnih propustov na gozdni cesti Dobrova - Vraživnik, ter določiti višino potrebnih sredstev za vzdrževanje in obnovo. Ugotavljamo, da so cevni propusti na izbrani gozdni cesti potrebni temeljite obnove. Problemi se pojavljajo predvsem zaradi nerednega vzdrževanja, preplitve in neprimerne vgradnje cevi. Zamašenost cevi je na ravni, ko cevni propusti ne delujejo več brezhibno. Še večji problem predstavljajo neurejeni iztoki cevnih propustov. Na izbrani gozdni cesti je potrebno zamenjati 20 cevnih propustov in vgraditi 10 manjkajočih vtočnih jaškov ter 24 zaključnih glav propustov in 12 vtočno - iztočnih kril. V 3 primerih je potrebno sanirati udor ceste, očistiti 3 vtočnejaške in 14 cevnih propustov. Skupaj bi za obnovo in čiščenje cevnih propustov potrebovali 41.620 EUR (9.974.165 SIT), kar je petina sredstev, ki jih je imela na razpolago krajevna enota Dravograd v letu 2006.

Forest roads are not properly transportable if components for their drainage are insufficiently placed and maintained, especially on foundations with poor leakage. In order for water to drain from one side of the road to the other wemake pipe culvert taking into consideration adequacy of the location, properinstallation and regular maintenance. The controlled drainage of the water from water channel and ditch is done by pipe culverts. The purpose of the diploma paper is to establish the condition of pipe culverts on the forestroad Dobrova - Vraživnik and determine how much funds is needed for maintenance and restoration. According to my findings pipe culverts on this road are in need of thorough restoration. The roots of the problem are irregular maintenance and inadequate building in of the pipes which is also too shallow. Due to obturation of the pipes pipe culverts are not working properly any more. Even bigger problem present disorderly outflow of the pipe culverts. On the chosen road 20 pipe culverts need to be replaced and several other maintaining equipment needed for maintenance of the road have to be installed. In three places landslides of the road have to be restored and 3 shafts and 14 pipe culverts need to be cleaned. The cost of the restoration and cleaning of the pipe culverts would be 41.620 EUR (9.974.165 SIT), which was one fifth of all the funds that local community of Dravograd had at its disposal in 2006.
