Abstract

Abstract:
The motivation of employees is one of the most researched themes. The researchers of different fields of expertise are dealing with it for many years. The jointly question of all the researchers is what motivates the employees/workers to work. Our research was focused to find what are the factors that the administration staff at the court experience as important for motivation at their work place. In particuliar we were interested of the phenomenon of satisfying the relationships' needs. In our dissertation we got the insight in experiencing of the administration staff at the court with the help of qualitatevly phenomenological psychological method. We came to the conclusion that the most important factor for motivation could be the relationships at the work place. Those include the relationships between co-workers (members of the staff) and the relationships with the superiors. The research indicates that the most important factors to the staff are: respect, approval, the sense of belonging and connection, the feeling of equal treatment, consideration of their opinion and more freedom in regards to perform work. It also indicates that the employees may feel that the change of attitude would aid to greater satisfaction and consequently to bigger motivation for working. From the research the conclusion may be the possibility that the satisfying the relationships' needs in closer personnel (close colleborators) is at the high level, on the other hand in relationship with the superiors the satisfying the relationships' needs may be experienced only at some level.
