Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je ugotoviti, analizirati in ovrednotiti vpliv obratovanja na poškodbe strojnih delov žičniških naprav za prevoz oseb. Obravnavali, analizirali in ovrednotili smo vpliv obratovanja žičniških naprav na poškodbe in obrabo vitalnih delov in komponent. Med pridobljenimi komponentami žičniških naprav smo izbrali značilne poškodovane, iztrošene in obrabljene dele, to so bili: tekalno kolo vozila z odklopljivo prižemo, zavorni kolut navijalnega bobna vlečnice, klin transportne tirnice garaže vozil, sorniki, potisni elementi fiksne prižeme, fiksne prižeme in vrvi. Izbrane dele smo najprej vizualno pregledali, nato pa pripravili metalografske obruse in vzorce za nadaljnje opazovanje z optičnim in vrstičnim elektronskim mikroskopom. Izvedli smo tudi pregled z magnetnimi delci na fiksni prižemi ter magnetno induktivni pregled vrvi. Na podlagi rezultatov smo ugotovili da so določeni deli žičniških naprav za prevoz oseb obrabljeni, poškodovani, porušeni ali pa imajo napake v materialu, zato niso več primerni za nadaljnjo uporabo in ne ustrezajo predpisom in standardom ter jih je potrebno zamenjati.

Title:Operation influence on damage of mechanical parts of cableway devices : master's thesis
Abstract:
The purpose of the master's thesis is to determine, analyze and evaluate the impact of operation on damage to the mechanical parts of cableway devices for transporting people. We discussed, analyzed, and evaluated the impact of the operation of cableway devices on damage and wear of vital parts and components. Among the obtained components of the cableway devices, we selected typical damaged, and worn parts, i.e.: the running wheel of the vehicle with a detachable clamp, the brake disc of the traction drum, the wedge of the transport rail of the vehicle garage, bolts, push elements of the fixed clamp, fixed clamps, and ropes. The selected parts were first visually inspected, and then matalographic samples were prepared for further observation with an optical and scanning electron microscope. We also carried out an inspection with magnetic particles on fixed clamp and a magnetically inductive inspection of ropes. Based on the results, we found that certain parts of the cableway devices for transporting people are worn, damaged, destroyed or have defects in the material, therefore they are no longer suitable for further use and do not meet the regulations and standards, and they need to be replaced.
