Abstract
Tehnologija ciljnega nalaganja je močno razširjena različica izdelave iz razreda aditivnih tehnologij. Kot material pogosto uporabljamo filament iz polimlečne kisline. Da bi izboljšali mehanske lastnosti teh izdelkov, ki se razlikujejo glede na orientacijo izdelave, smo uporabili postopek žarjenja in pretapljanja v solnem kalupu. Ta postopek pomaga preprečiti deformacije in ohranja obliko izdelkov. Razvili smo tudi posebne izdelke z dolivki dodatnega materiala za zmanjšanje praznin v pretopljenih produktih. Po raziskavi smo ugotovili, da žarjenje zmerno zmanjša silo razslojevanja, medtem ko jo pretapljanje močno poveča.

Title:Post-processing of polymer products made with fused deposition modeling
Abstract:
Fused filament fabrication is a widely used version of manufacturing from the class of additive technologies. A filament made of polylactic acid is often used as the material. In order to improve the mechanical properties of these products, which differ depending on the manufacturing orientation, we have used the process of annealing and remelting in a salt mould. This process helps to prevent deformation and maintain the shape of the products. We have also developed special products to which additional material has been added to reduce cavities in the remelted products. Our tests have shown that annealing moderately reduces the delamination force, while remelting greatly increases it.
