Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je bila priprava bakrovih koordinacijskih spojin izbranih piritionov in njihova karakterizacija. Najprej sem pripravil štiri različne piritionske derivate, s katerimi sem sintetiziral bakrove komplekse. Za pripravo vseh ligandov sem uporabil izhodne 2-kloropiridine s trifluorometilno skupino na poziciji 3, 4, 5 ali 6 aromatskega obroča. Za pripravo piritionov sem uporabil dve sintezni poti in sicer tiolacijo z NaSH in s tiosečnino, da sem lahko določil, katera od obeh je optimalna. Sintetizirane piritione sem karakteriziral z jedrsko magnetno resonanco (NMR), CHN elementno analizo, IR spektroskopijo, UV-Vis spektroskopijo in masno spektrometrijo. Bakrove komplekse sem karakteriziral z IR spektroskopijo, UV-Vis spektroskopijo, masno spektrometrijo in CHN elementno analizno.

Title:Preparation of copper coordination compounds of selected pyrithiones
Abstract:
The purpose of my thesis was preparation of copper coordination compounds of selected pyrithiones. Four different pyrithione derivatives were prepared, which were used to synthesize corresponding copper complexes. Pyrithiones were prepared from 2-chloropyridines with the trifluoromethyl group on the positions 3, 4, 5, or 6 on the aromatic ring. Synthesis of pyrithiones was performed by two routes, namely thiolation with NaSH and thiourea, to determine which is more optimal. The synthesized pyrithiones were characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), infrared spectroscopy (IR), mass spectrometry, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and elemental analysis CHN. The copper complexes were characterized using infrared spectroscopy (IR), mass spectrometry, UV-Vis spectrometry, and elemental analysis (CHN).
