Abstract
Pri montaži dajalnikov pozicije na gredeh velikih premerov prihaja do težav, ker je magnetni trak težko simetrično namestiti po celotnem obodu gredi. V diplomski nalogi je izvedena raziskava učinkovite montaže enkoderja na gred. Pri tem smo raziskali vpliv trenj podložne gume na podlago, vpliv maziva na koeficient trenja in vpliv montažnega postopka na radialno odstopanje traku. Razvili smo preizkuševališče, s katerim smo testirali vpliv sile trenja in vpliv montaže. S testiranji smo določili mazivo za zmanjšanje trenja in izbrali profil najbolj ustrezne podložne gume. Na podlagi rezultatov preizkušanja postopkov smo izdelali montažni postopek za namestitev traku na gred.

Title:Improvment the process of installing a magnetic encoder on a large diameter shaft
Abstract:
During the installation of position sensors on large-diameter shafts, challenges arise due to the difficulty of symmetrically placing the magnetic strip around the entire circumference of the shaft. This thesis entails a study on the effective assembly of an encoder on a shaft. We investigated the influence of the friction of the supporting rubber on the substrate, the impact of lubrication on the friction coefficient, and the effect of the assembly process on the radial deviation of the strip. We developed a testing facility to examine the influence of frictional force and assembly. Through testing, we identified a lubricant to reduce friction and selected a profile for the supporting rubber that is most suitable. Based on the results of the testing procedures, we formulated an assembly procedure for installing the strip on the shaft.
