Primerjava spletnih aplikacij za izdelavo fotoknjige

Danes je fotografija del našega vsakdana. Na žalost pa se fotografije največkrat znajdejo samo v digitalnih formatih. Upodabljamo in ogledujemo si jih na pametnih napravah (telefonih in tablicah), računalnikih in drugih nosilcih informacij, shranjene pa jih imamo na različnih notranjih in zunanjih pomnilniških enotah ter tudi v oblačnih storitvah. Vse več ljudi se za shranjevanje fotografij in obujanje spominov odloča za izdelavo fotoknjige. V okviru diplomskega dela smo med seboj primerjali tri različne ponudnike fotoknjig oziroma njihove spletne vtičnike oziroma aplikacije za izdelavo fotoknjige. V sklopu primerjave smo se osredotočili na raznolikost ponudbe tiskovnih formatov fotoknjig, umeščanje fotografij, barvne korekture, možnosti pozicioniranja fotografij in izbire velikosti fotografij, nabor različnih ozadij, rabo dodatnih elementov itd. Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti, kateri izmed treh med seboj primerjanih spletnih vtičnikov je najboljši glede na razmerje cena – kakovost. Raziskava je pokazala, da je med izbranimi tremi ponudniki – CEWE Fotoknjiga, DigiFot ter Foto123 – najboljši ponudnik DigiFot.

• Title: Comparison of online applications for photo book production

Abstract

Nowadays, photography is part of our daily life. Unfortunately, photos usually only exist in digital form. We display them on smart devices (mobile phones and tablets), computers and other information carriers, and we store them on various internal and external storage media, and also in cloud services. More and more people are choosing to create a photo book to keep their photos and memories. In this thesis, we compared three different photo book providers, e. g. their web plugins or applications for creating photo books. As part of the comparison, we focused on the variety of photo book print formats, photo layouts, colour correction, photo positioning and size options, a range of different backgrounds, the use of additional elements, etc. With the research, we wanted to find out of which of three web plugins has the best price-performance ratio in comparison to each other. The investigation showed that among the three selected providers – CEWE Fotoknjiga, DigiFot and Foto123 – DigiFot was the best provider.
