Abstract
Negotovosti sodobnih prilagodljivih sistemov za preoblikovanje pločevine so razvrščene v modelske napake in motnje. Za izboljšanje nadzora preoblikovalnih linij je treba zmanjšati motnje v procesu preoblikovanja. V ta namen smo v uvodu naloge predstavili novo zasnovo koncepta pretoka podatkov pri krmiljenju preoblikovalnega sistema. V raziskovalni nalogi smo iz tega koncepta podrobno popisali zvezo med mehanskimi in preoblikovalnimi lastnostmi aluminijeve zlitine in testom vtiskovanja vtiskala. Test vtiskovanja tiskala smo izvedli s sferičnim vtiskalom. Izhodni veličini testa vtiskovanja, ki smo ju upoštevali v zasnovanem pretoku podatkov krmiljenja preoblikovalnega sistema, sta višina izbočenja in globina kalote po razbremenitvi. Pri tem smo uporabili inovativen pristop celovitega anizotropnega opisa materiala. Za nastavitev optimalnega testa kalote smo izvedli optimizacijo parametrov kriterija tečenja Yld2004 – 18p na osnovi višin izbočenja. V raziskovalnem delu smo takšno optimizacijo parametrov dokazali na primeru aluminijeve zlitine AW–5754 – H22 Prav tako smo v nalogi s pomočjo krivulje mejne deformacije preverili degradacijo preoblikovalnosti materiala zaradi vtiskavanja vtiskala v pločevino.

Title:Determination of the yield stress of orthotropic materials by ball indentation for the use in forming processes
Abstract:
The uncertainties of modern flexible sheet metal forming systems are classified into model errors and disturbances. To improve the control of forming lines, it is necessary to reduce disturbances in the forming process. For this purpose, in the introduction of the research, we presented a new design of the concept of data flow in the control of the forming system. From this concept, in the research paper, we described in detail the connection between the mechanical and formability properties of aluminum alloy and the indenter indentation test. The indentation test was performed with a spherical indenter. The output values of the indentation test that we considered in the designed data flow of the control of the forming system are the pile-up and the depth of the cavity after unloading. In doing so, we used an innovative approach to the comprehensive anisotropic description of the material. In order to set up an optimal indentation test, we performed an optimization of the Yld2004 – 18p flow criterion parameters based on the heights of the pile-up. In the research work, we demonstrated such optimization of the parameters on the example of aluminum alloy AW–5754 – H22. Also, in the research, with the help of the limit forming curve, we checked the degradation of the formability of the material due to the imprint of the indenter into the sheet metal.
