Abstract
V magistrski nalogi so obravnavani cementni kompoziti z dodatkom fazno spremenljivih materialov (PCM). To so materiali, ki pri določenem temperaturnem razponu spremenijo agregatno stanje in pri tej fazni spremembi absorbirajo ali oddajajo energijo. V uvodnem delu magistrske naloge so v teoriji predstavljene vrste PCM, njihove lastnosti in načini vgradnje v sam kompozit. V raziskovalnem delu naloge smo pripravili tri mešanice z dodanimi PCM ter referenčno mešanico. Skladno s standardi smo na štirih pripravljenih cementnih kompozitih izvajali preiskave na sveži in strjeni mešanici, in sicer cepilna natezna trdnost in tlačna trdnost. Dodatno smo izvedli še nestandardne preiskave in sicer. določanje časa vezanja in odpornost materiala na zmrzovanje in tajanje. Pridobljene rezultate smo analizirali in v nadaljevanju primerjali z referenčno mešanico.

Title:Cement composites with the addition of phase-changing materials (PCM) : master thesis no.: 299/II. GR
Abstract:
The master’s thesis discusses cement composites with the addition of phase change materials (PCM). These are materials that change their phase within a specific temperature range and absorb or release energy during this phase change. In the introductory part of the thesis, various types of PCM, their properties, and methods of incorporation into the composite are theoretically presented. In the research part of the thesis, three mixtures with added PCM and a reference mixture were prepared. In accordance with standards, tests were carried out on the four prepared cement composites in both fresh and hardened states, such as split tensile strength and compressive strength tests. Additionally, non-standard tests were performed, such as determining the setting time and the material’s resistance to freezing and thawing. The obtained results were analysed and subsequently compared with the reference mixture. The cement composite was also examined under a microscope. In conclusion, the research found that the cement composite with the addition of PCM is less resistant to mechanical influences but has better thermal characteristics compared to the reference mixture Adding PCM also acts as a binding inhibitor. Based on the test results, it is suggested that composites with added PCM are more suitable for plaster rather than structural elements.
