PROMETNA VARNOST TURŠKIH VOZNIKOV TOVORNIH VOZIL V SLOVENIJI

Namen diplomske naloge je bil raziskati in analizirati prometno varnost turških voznikov tovornih vozil. V prvem poglavju je opredeljena prometna varnost voznikov tovornih vozil, opisani so dejavniki prometne varnosti ter pristopi za zagotavljanje prometne varnosti. V nadaljevanju so predstavljene značilnosti dela voznikov tovornih vozil in njihov vpliv na prometno varnost. Predstavljene so značilnosti turškega prevoznega sektorja in obravnavano turško podjetje, v katerem je bila izvedena anketa med vozniki. V analizi ankete so predstavljeni rezultati, ki zajemajo demografske podatke anketirancev, informacije o opravljenih vožnjah, prometnih prekrških, konfliktih ter prometnih nesrečah. Analizirano je voznikovo vedenje med vožnjo, obremenitve na delovnem mestu in v okolju ter voznikovo mnenje o delu, ki ga opravljajo. Preučili smo značilnosti prometnih nesreč turških voznikov tovornih vozil v Sloveniji v obdobju med letoma 2012 in 2022. Analizirali smo število prometnih nesreč, časovne in prostorske značilnosti nesreč, lokacijo nesreč, infrastrukturne značilnosti, vremenske okoliščine, tipe in vzroke nesreč ter značilnosti voznikov in udeležencev v prometnih nesrečah. Po zbranih podatkih raziskave bomo predložili predloge za izboljšanje delovnih pogojev in prometne varnosti v obravnavanem podjetju.

• Title: ROAD SAFETY OF TURKISH TRUCK DRIVERS IN SLOVENIA

Abstract

The purpose of this diploma paper was to research and analyse road safety of Turkish truck drivers. Chapter one deals with the definition of road safety regarding Turkish truck drivers; it also describes the factors of road safety and methods to ensure road safety. The characteristics of operating goods vehicles and the way they affect road safety are presented below. We learn the characteristics of the Turkish transport sector and gain an insight into a Turkish transport company, the drivers of which have been surveyed. Survey data analysis provides demographic information on the surveyees, information on completed rides, traffic violations, conflicts and traffic accidents. Drivers behaviours during rides, job stress and operators' opinions on the nature of their job are also analysed. We studied the characteristics of the traffic accidents involving Turkish truck drivers in Slovenia in the period 2012 – 2022. Furthermore, we analysed the number of the accidents, characteristics related to time and locations of the accidents, locations of the accidents, infrastructural features, weather conditions, types and causes for the accidents and the characteristics of the operators and others involved in the accidents. Upon collecting survey data, we will propose ways to improve working conditions and road safety to the company in question.
