Snovanje hidravličnega cepilnika drv s transportnim trakom

Diplomsko delo obsega zasnovo cepilnika drv in transportnega traka z uporabo traktorja. Naloga cepilnika drv je razsek drv večjih premerov na manjše, transportni trak pa predstavlja lažji in hitrejši odvoz drv z mesta cepljenja. Naloga obsega opis samega postopka dela, pregled patentov in obstoječih naprav na trgu in določitev funkcij in želene vrednosti za novo napravo. Zanjo smo preračunali in dimenzionirali strojne in hidravlične komponente. Izdelali smo 3D model in izbrane načrte, ter analizirali sile na konstrukcijo 3D modela.

• Title: Design of a hydraulic wood splitter with a conveyor belt

Abstract

The thesis consists of the design of a firewood splitter and a conveyor belt using a tractor. The task of the firewood splitter is to cut firewood of larger diameters into smaller ones, and the conveyor belt represents an easier and faster removal of firewood from the place of splitting. The task includes a description of the work process itself, a review of patents and existing devices on the market, and determination of the functions and desired value for the new device. We calculated and dimensioned the mechanical and hydraulic components for it. We made a 3D model and selected plans, and analyzed the forces on the construction of the 3D model.
