Organizational culture encompasses values, practices, and procedures within an organization and is expressed through patterns of behavior and employee relationships. It is important that it fosters commitment, collaboration, and innovation while enhancing organizational performance. We investigated the influence of culture and habits on work in the aviation industry through semi-structured interviews with seven participants. The study revealed that an individual's culture, faith, beliefs, and daily habits impact their adaptation and attitude towards work in the aviation industry. Social relationships from one's home environment are linked to social interactions in the aviation industry. Difficulties in adapting to work in the aviation industry also affected participants' daily lives after leaving the industry. We emphasize the significance of understanding individuals' cultural dimensions in the organizational environment and promoting diversity and inclusivity to create a harmonious working environment in the aviation industry.
