Abstract
Uvod: Opis monolitne cirkonijeve keramike in njenih lastnosti. Predpriprava monolitne cirkonijeve keramike na cementiranje. Razdelitev in tipi retencije različnih cementnih sistemov. Namen: Na podlagi strokovne in znanstvene literature predstaviti in ovrednotiti uporabnost, prednosti in slabosti uporabe cementiranih cirkonijevih monolitnih protetičnih restavracij na vijačenih implantatnih nosilcih. Predstaviti tipe dentalnih cementov v vsakdanji rabi in opisati njihove kemične in fizične značilnosti ter rokovanje z njimi. Ovrednotiti problematiko zapletenih primerov estetskega področja in možne rešitve v fazi načrtovanja. Metode: Sistematičen pregled literature in znanstvenih člankov s tega področja. Literaturo bomo iskali v angleškem jeziku v bibliografski bazi PubMed in z uporabo ključnih besed: cement retained implant reconstruction, evalution of cement retained implant reconstruction, survival rate of different implant retainers, periodontal vs peri-implant tissue health studies, luting cements in implantology, CAD-CAM in modern implantology, monolithic zirconia in implantology, angulated dental abutments, planning CAD-CAM anterior implant, angulated cemented implant. Pregledali bomo slovenske znanstvene prispevke in zbornike na omenjenem področju. V laboratoriju pa bomo za praktični del izdelali polni cirkonski monolit zgornjega levega sekalca in ga cementirali na implantatno nadgranjo. Delo bo potekalo tako, da bomo zasnovo pripravili v dentalnem računalniškem programu, model fizično realizirali z uporabo 3D tiskalnika, datoteko pa poslali na rezkanje v dentalni rezkalni center. Rezultati: V ordinaciji je bilo izvedeno intraoralno zajemanje podatkov pacientove ustne votline, podatki pa so bili vnešeni v Exocad program, s katerim smo se v fazi načrtovanja odločili za nadgradnjo z naklonom. Oblikovali smo zobno krono in vse skupaj natisnili s 3D tiskalnikom ter polimerizirali smolasti material. Cirkonijev monolit smo glazirali s pasto s fluorescentnim polnilom ter jo skupaj s titanovo bazo vsadka speskali in očistili. Protetično restavracijo smo na nadgradnjo cementirali z Vita Adiva IA-CEM cementom. Razprava in zaključek: Za uspešen rezultat sta odločilna dobra komunikacija med zobnim laboratorijem in ordinacijo ter dobro načrtovanje in izgotovljen načrt dela. Pri zapletenih primerih je treba poiskati kompromis med kirurškimi in protetičnimi indikacijami, pogosto z uporabo različnih alternativnih protetičnih rešitev, ki jih predvidimo v postopku načrtovanja.

Title:The use of cement in conjunction with zirconia monolithic restorations on screw-retained implant support : bachelor's thesis
Abstract:
Introduction: Introduction on monolithic zirconia and its properties. Types of cement systems and modes of retention. Purpose: On the basis of scientific literature introduce and evaluate properties, advantages and disadvantages of cemented monolithic zirconia on titanium abutments. Introduce types of dental cements in modern use and its chemical and mechanical characteristics. Define crucial moments in planning and decision making when dealing with esthetic regions. Methods: Review of scientific literature in PubMed base using keynotes: cement retained implant reconstruction, evalution of cement retained implant reconstruction, survival rate of different implant retainers, periodontal vs peri-implant tissue health studies, luting cements in implantology, CAD-CAM in modern implantology, monolithic zirconia in implantology, angulated dental abutments, planning CAD-CAM anterior implant, angulated cemented implant. Review of Slovenian scientific literature on aforementioned topic. For a practical part we will design and make monolithic zirconia crown on a left upper incisor. We will use intraoral scanner and Exocad program and then render it using CAD-CAM process. Results: Using intraoral scanner we put our data into Exocad program where we decided about proper abutment type and then designed incisor crown. We 3D printed our model and polymerized it under UV light. Monolithic zirconia was glazed using fluorescent paste and cemented with Vita Adiva IA-CEM. Discussion and conclusion: Only good communication between dental laboratory and dental doctors office can ensure a satisfactory results. In doing so we must properly analyze patients problems, oral and general status and patients wishes and combine those into an efficient and definite dental plan. In more demanding cases involving esthetic regions we often have to compromise between plans and indication using alternative solutions which have to be anticipated at the beginning.
