Abstract
V obravnavanem obdobju so delavke predstavljale pomemben del delovne sile v različnih gospodarskih panogah.

Title:Aspect of female labor organization and their impact on everyday life
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the role of workers and workers' organizations during the development of the Industrial Revolution during the nineteenth century in Great Britain. In the period considered, female workers represented a significant part of the workforce in various branches of the economy. Due to poor conditions in the workplace, workers often merged into various workers' organizations and trade unions. The author explores the positive and negative effects of worker’s organizations and trade unions on the inclusion and advancement of women in better paid jobs. Trade unions from different sectors have had different impacts on women's employment. Women's workers' organizations such as the Women's Trade Union League and the National Federation of Women Workers have worked hard to provide better working conditions for women workers in the United Kingdom.
