Prispevek sintetično prikazuje, kako se je v času med letoma 1550 in 1758 razvijala infrastruktura slovenščine. Pri tem pregleda vlogo jezikoslovnih in nejezikoslovnih knjižnih del, vlogo organizacije izdajanja knjižnih del ter vlogo slovenščine v šolstvu in v javnosti nasploh.

Abstract

The article presents the development of the infrastructure of the Slovene language between 1550 and 1758. It focuses on the role of linguistic and non-linguistic printed texts, the organisation of book-publishing and the role of the Slovene language in education and in public life.
