Ravnanje z gradbenimi odpadki delne energetske sanacije stavbe : diplomska naloga št.: 459/B-GR

Diplomska naloga obravnava ravnanje z gradbenimi odpadki pri delni energetski sanaciji objekta. V prvem delu naloge so povzete smernice za ravnanje z gradbenimi odpadki in odpadki iz rušenja objektov v EU in osnovna zakonodaja, ki jo je v Sloveniji potrebno upoštevati pri pripravi Načrta gospodarjenja z gradbenimi odpadki. Podrobneje je opisana tudi vsebina Načrta gospodarjenja z gradbenimi odpadki. V drugem delu diplomske naloge je povzeta vsebina Načrta gospodarjenja z gradbenimi odpadki, izdelanega za delno energetsko sanacijo objekta. Opisan je postopek izvedbe delne energetske sanacije objekta, izvedena je primerjava dejanskih količin in vrst nastalih gradbenih odpadkov, s predvidenimi v Načrtu gospodarjenja z gradbenimi odpadki. Izpostavljena so odstopanja dejanskega stanja in sestave konstrukcijskih sklopov od predvidenih v Načrtu gospodarjenja z gradbenimi odpadki, ter izzivi, s katerimi se je zaradi odstopanj srečal izvajalec del.

• Title: Handling of construction waste from the partial energy renovation of the building : graduation thesis no.: 459/B-GR

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the management of construction waste in the partial energy renovation of the building. The first part of the assignment summarizes the guidelines for handling construction waste and waste from the demolition of buildings in the EU and the basic legislation that must be considered in Slovenia when preparing the Construction Waste Management Plan. The content of the Construction Waste Management Plan is also described in more detail. The second part of the diploma thesis summarizes the content of the construction waste management plan prepared for the partial energy renovation of the building. The procedure for implementing partial energy rehabilitation of the building is described, and a comparison of the actual amounts and types of construction waste generated with those foreseen in the Construction Waste Management Plan is made. The deviations of the actual situation and the composition of structural elements from those foreseen in the Construction Waste Management Plan are highlighted, as well as the challenges that the contractor encountered due to the deviations.
