Abstract
Slednji so bili razdeljeni v tri starostne skupine.

Title:The influence of social infrastructure for care of the elderly on intermunicipal migration in Slovenia : graduation thesis no.: 142/TUN
Abstract:
In our thesis, we focused on analyzing the impact of various factors on migration flows between municipalities in the Republic of Slovenia. Specifically, we were interested in how the municipalities' provision of infrastructure for the elderly affects migration. Migration related data were obstained from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia. They were divided into three age groups. Other data consisted of various factors that previous studies have identified as important in the context of Slovenia's population migration. We first organized the data for each factor, using Microsoft Excel and structured them (separately for origin and destination) using the Microsoft Access database management program. Then we conducted an analysis of the gravitational effects of the factors under consideration on migration flows for three age groups: migrants up to 65 years old, migrants aged 66 to 74, and migrants aged 75 or older. For the final analysis, we used the SPSS statistical analysis program, which is used to calculate linear regression. Using the statistical package SPSS, we than performed an analysis of the gravitational influence of the discussed factors on the flows of emigrants by three age groups emigrants up to 65 years old, emigrants between 66 and 74 years old and emigrants older than 75 years old. We found that the social infrastructure (person coverage index) in the municipality of origin significantly deters potential migrants aged 66 or older. The population also plays an important role in migration (we move out and immigrate mainly from municipalities with a smaller number of inhabitants to municipalities with a larger number of inhabitants) and the distance of relocation (mostly affects the youngest migrants, then the oldest migrants, while migrants between the ages of 66 and 74 are ready to move even over long distances).
