Abstract
Tehnika podtlačnega oblivanja površinskih in protipožarnih premazov je v Sloveniji zelo redka in nepoznana, zato so nas zanimale lastnosti, ki jih ta tehnika nanašanja premazov daje premaznemu sistemu. Najprej smo premaznim sistemom določili osnovne lastnosti: viskoznost, sijaj, debelino suhega filma in oprijemnost. S to tehniko lahko nanašamo tudi ognjevarne premaze. Uporabili smo štiri ognjevarne premaze ter jim z metodo mali plamen določili tudi požarno učinkovitost. Ugotovili smo, da je debelina različna glede na stran preizkušanca in da vpliva na večino lastnosti posameznega površinskega sistema. Največjo debelino filma smo dobili pri sistemu z lakom Helios S. Pri testiranju oprijema je prišlo do adhezijskega loma. Ob testiranju sijaja se je za najbolj matirano površino izkazala površina, obdelana z lakom Helios S. Pri požarni učinkovitosti nismo opazili značilnih razlik med posameznimi obdelavami, razen pri najdebelejšem filmu, kjer smo opazili goreče odpadajoče delce. To se ne sklada z rezultati v nalogi. Test korozivnosti je pokazal, da je najbolj koroziven lak HN. Medtem ko pri ostalih lakih nismo opazili bistvene razlike v korozivnosti vijakov in žičnikov od tistih v kontrolnih vzorcih.

Title:Analysis of fire protection coating systems for interior use
Abstract:
In Slovenia the technique of vacuum blasting surface and fire retardant coatings is very rarely used, and in fact almost unknown. We were therefore interested in the properties that this coating technique gives to the coating system. First, the basic properties of the coating systems were determined: Viscosity, gloss, dry film thickness and adhesion. This technique can also be used to apply fire retardant coatings. Four fire retardant coatings were used and their fire behaviour was determined using the single flame source test. We found that the thickness varied depending on the side of the test piece. In addition, we found that the thickness affects most of the properties of each surface system. The highest film thickness was obtained for the system with Helios S. In the adhesion tests, we obtained adhesion fractures. In the gloss test, the surface treated with Helios S proved to be the most matte. No significant differences were observed in the fire performance itself among the treatments. With the exception of the thickest film, we observed that flaming particles fell off. In the corrosivity test, none of the test metals corroded with the paint. The corrosivity test showed that HN is the most corrosive coating. While for the other coating, we did not observe a significant difference in the corrosivity of the screws and nails compared to those in the control samples.
