This bachelor thesis presents a geographical analysis of the high-tech company L-Tek. The first part provides an overview of the historical progression of technological and industrial revolutions that have shaped the development of modern industry. The second part offers a detailed description of L-Tek, its activities, and its alignment with the principles of Industry 4.0. The emphasis is on how these guidelines manifest in the company's operations and the utilization of advanced technologies and digital solutions. This is followed by an analysis of locational factors and their role in the company's functioning. The main locational factors that influenced the decision regarding the location of L-Tek are presented, including accessibility to infrastructure, transportation connections, availability of skilled workforce, and connections with related businesses and institutions in the vicinity. It is also important to consider the influence of the local economic environment and collaboration with specific organizations. The thesis contributes to a better understanding of the impact of geographical factors on the establishment and development of the company, and helps identify how the company adheres to trends and new technological practices in the contemporary industry.
