The following thesis examines the manufacturing of an acoustic guitar from solid wood. We used spruce, maple, ebony and sapele wood. The models were made in the SolidWorks program, and we produced them with a CNC machine. We followed the design of the Gibson L-00 guitar when placing the internal reinforcements – (ribs), which were shaped with a carving chisel. The adhesive used is Titebond Original. The joint between the neck and body was reinforced with two screws visible from the sound hole of the guitar. We used Truoil oil preparation for the finishing layer, which was applied twelve times. The fretboard and bridge were coated with Dunlop lemon oil.
