Abstract
Ladja z nameščenim sistemom dinamičnega pozicioniranja je ladja, ki ima s pomočjo lastnih propelerjev in potisnikov možnost ohranjevanja pozicije in kurza ves čas, neodvisno od vremenskih pogojev, kot so valovi, vetrovi ali tokovi. Danes ladje s sistemom dinamičnega pozicioniranja opravljajo dela v velikih globinah in so zelo zanesljive. Sistem dinamičnega pozicioniranja se uporablja na ladjah za vrtanje nafte ali plina, ladjah, na katerih se nahaja pogon za proizvodnjo, gradbenih plovilih, plovilih za podporo potapljačem in oskrbovalnih plovilih. T. i. Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) je skup metod, standardov in kodeksov, ki se uporabljajo že od začetka procesa oblikovanja in zgradbe ladje in pri izvajanju dela na ladjah, opremljenih s sistemom dinamičnega pozicioniranja. V praksi se na ladji uporabljajo zaradi nadziranja redundantnosti sistemov. Cilj uporabe FMEA je izboljšanje varnosti ladje in posadke. Ta diplomska naloga bo poskusila podati konkretne primere za izboljšanje izdelave dokumenta FMEA na ladji.

Title:FAILURE RISK ASSESMENT IN SHIP'S PROPULSION AFTER FMEA
Abstract:
A ship with an installed dynamic positioning system is a ship that, with the help of its own propellers and thrusters, has the ability to maintain its position and course at all times, regardless of weather conditions such as waves, winds or currents. Today, ships with a dynamic positioning system perform work in great depths and very reliably. The dynamic positioning system is used on oil and gas drilling vessels, production facilities, construction vessels, submersible support vessels and supply vessels. Failure mode and effect analysis is a set of methods, standards and codes that are used from the beginning of the process of designing and building a ship and when performing work on a ship equipped with a dynamic positioning system. In practice, they are used on ships to control system redundancy. The goal of using FMEA is to improve the safety of the ship and its crew. This thesis will try to give concrete examples for improving the production of the FMEA document on the ship.
