In the graduatiom thesis, a review of the current state has been conducted, specifically focusing on the road named "Siva pot" and two intersections in the Vič area of Ljubljana. Initially, I analyzed the deficiencies in the existing condition of Siva pot and the intersections that affect the traffic on the mentioned road. Due to inadequate arrangement of Siva pot and the nearby intersections, the traffic safety of participants is lacking. In the continuation of the paper, I examined and summarized regulations and traffic guidelines related to roads and road connections, associated with the management of traffic on the discussed road and both intersections. I prepared a conceptual design for the reconstruction of Siva pot, the intersection between Siva pot and Cesta v Gorice, and the intersection between Tržaška cesta and Cesta v Gorice. I provided a detailed explanation of the reconstruction of Siva pot and the intersection of Siva pot with Cesta v Gorice, which would impact traffic calming on this road, and justified the necessity of the modified arrangement in the discussed area.
