Ocena vrednosti podjetja Luka Koper, d.d. : delo diplomskega seminarja

V diplomski nalogi sem predstavil koncept ocene vrednosti ter vrednotil podjetje Luka Koper. Postopke ocenjevanja vrednosti sem podrobno opisal, kateri načini obstajajo in katere metode se uporabljajo. Za vrednotenje podjetja sem uporabil metodo diskontiranih denarnih tokov ter za kontrolo vzel dejansko tržno vrednost podjetja. Po analizi podjetja sem ocenil, da je vrednost Luke Koper podcenjena kar je lahko razlog velika rast podjetja v zadnjem letu.

Abstract

In my thesis, I presented the concept of business valuation and evaluated the company Luka Koper. I provided a detailed description of the valuation processes, discussing the various methods and approaches used. For the valuation of the company, I employed the discounted cash flow method and compared it to the actual market value of the company for validation. After analyzing the company, I concluded that the value of Luka Koper is underestimated, which could be attributed to its significant growth in the past year.
