Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava proces prenove digitalnega produkta na primeru B2B portala za podjetje SaleSqueze. Namen dela je predstaviti celoten oblikovni proces digitalnega produkta, od prve ideje do končne izdelave funkcionalnega prototipa oziroma kako idejo prevesti v oprijemljiv izdelek skozi iterativni proces dela in vrsto razvojnih faz. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na uvod, teoretični, eksperimentalni del, rezultate z razpravo in zaključke. V teoretičnem delu je podrobneje predstavljeno podjetje, za katerega se je delalo prenova digitalnega produkta, produkt podjetja in ideja novega B2B portala. Teoretični del zajema tudi področje oblikovanja uporabniške izkušnje, kjer so predstavljene metode načrtovanja, oblikovanja in prototipiranja, ki so v procesu uporabljene. V eksperimentalnem delu je predstavljena glavna ideja B2B portala. Temu sledi faza odkrivanja, kjer je opredeljen problem kupca, pri čemer se predstavi proces naročanja B2B kupcev. Za lažjo opredelitev problema so uporabljene standardne metode raziskovalnega procesa, kot so kreiranje person, izris uporabniške poti, mapiranje kupčevih nalog ipd. Faza odkrivanja se zaključi z določitvijo osnovnih modulov B2B portala, ki vključujejo najpomembnejše funkcionalnosti produkta in so osnova za nadaljnje oblikovanje. Sledi proces oblikovanja in prototipiranja, kjer je najprej predstavljen proces koncipiranja produkta. Za preverjanje koncepta se je uporabilo standardne metode oblikovanja uporabniške izkušnje, kot sta papirni prototip in žični model. Glavni cilj naloge je bil izdelati funkcionalen prototip B2B portala, ki je najboljši približek realnemu izgledu in delovanju produkta pred implementacijo. Diplomska naloga vsebuje tudi rezultate in razpravo celotnega procesa, kjer se je ugotavljalo, kaj je bilo v samem procesu dobro in kaj bi se v procesu lahko izboljšalo. Rezultat dela je bil delujoč prototip B2B portala.

Title:From Idea to Prototype demonstrated on B2B portal
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the process of digital product renewal on the example of the B2B portal for the company SaleSqueze. The purpose of the work is to present the entire design process of a digital product, from the first idea to the final production of a functional prototype. It is presented how to translate an idea into a tangible product through an iterative work process and a series of development phases. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the company for which the renovation of the digital product was worked, the company's product and the idea of the new B2B portal are presented in more detail. The theoretical part also covers the field of user experience design, where the planning, design and prototyping methods used in the process are presented. In the practical part, the main idea of the B2B portal is presented. This is followed by the discovery phase, where the buyer's problem is defined, and the ordering process of B2B buyers is presented. Standard methods of the research process are used to make the definition of the problem easier, such as creating personas, mapping the user path, mapping the customer's tasks, etc. The discovery phase ends with the determination of the basic modules of the B2B portal, which include the most important functionalities of the product and are the basis for further design. The design and prototyping process follows, where the product conception process is first presented. Standard user experience design methods such as paper prototypes and wireframes were used for proof of concept. The main goal of the task was to create a functional prototype of the B2B portal, which is the best approximation of the actual appearance and operation of the product before implementation. The diploma thesis also contains the results and a discussion of the entire process, where it was determined what was good in the process itself and what could be improved in the process. The result of the work was a functional prototype of a B2B portal.
