Abstract
V proizvodnji podjetja smo analizirali tri ključe: 1., 2. in 15..

Title:
Reengeniring of production in a wood comapany using 20keys method
Abstract:
In the thesis, we first presented the 20 keys method, which is used all over the world for reengineering production. We used the method in the company Hit preless, which manufactures furniture for hotels and offices. We analysed three keys in the company's production: 1st, 2nd and 15th. Based on the obtained results, we considered possible improvements to the current situation. We decided to implement the measures without major financial resources. Together with the employees of the company, we approached the realization of improvements. After finishing the work, we assessed the new condition. The results showed that we have improved the quality of grinding in production. By arranging the cabinet around the milling machine, we shortened the tool change time on the table milling machine. In the warehouse with products, we improved the organization of dispatch. With this, we have made it easier to plan the assembly and loading of products. We found that the successful implementation of the method requires the good cooperation of all employees.
