Abstract
Glede na načrtovano elektrifikacijo vsakdanjega življenja predstavljajo sončne celice enega izmed boljših alternativnih virov energije. Prihaja do velikih investicij tako za postavitev sončnih elektrarn kot tudi razvoj samih sončnih celic. Raziskovalci stremijo k materialom in načinom izdelave, ki bodo čim bolj cenovno dostopni. Eden izmed obetavnih materialov je perovskit. S tem prihaja do pospešenega preučevanja delovanja perovskitnih sončnih celic. Veliko raziskav je osredotočenih na njegovo stabilnost. Eden izmed pomembnih faktorjev, ki vplivajo na delovanje sončnih celic, pa je senčenje, ki lahko v modulih povzroča reverzno napetost na posameznih celicah. V diplomskem delu je prikazan postopek izdelave perovskitne sončne celice, kjer začnemo s steklenim substratom in z uporabo metod čiščenja substratov, nanašanja raztopin in kontaktov pridemo do končne delujoče perovskitne sončne celice. V tem postopku uporabimo naprave, kot so ultrazvočni in ultravijolični ozonski čistilec, spinski nanašalnik in evaporator. Za namen analize delovanja je bilo treba izdelati nekaj serij sončnih celic. V drugem delu diplomskega dela se posvetimo analizi karakterističnih lastnosti izdelanih sončnih celic in analizi vpliva reverzne napetosti na njihovo delovanje. S tem pridemo tudi do končnih meritev prebojnih napetosti in ugotovitve, da se le-te razlikujejo med seboj zaradi procesa izdelave. Ugotovimo tudi, da velika večina izdelanih perovskitnih sončnih celic preživi začasne prehode reverzne napetosti, pri nekaterih pa vseeno pride do nepovrnljivega uničenja.

Title:Fabrication of perovskite solar cells and analysis of the effect of reverse bias voltage on their performance
Abstract:
With the planned electrification of everyday life, solar cells represent one of the more promising alternative energy sources. Significant investments are being made in the construction of solar power plants as well as the development of solar cells. Researchers strive to find materials and manufacturing methods that are cost-effective. One of the promising materials is perovskite. This has led to accelerated studies on the functioning of perovskite solar cells, with a strong focus on its stability. However, shading of the modules, which induces reverse voltage on individual cells, is one of the important factors affecting the performance of solar cells. This thesis presents the process of fabrication of perovskite solar cells, starting from a glass substrate. Through substrate cleaning, solution deposition, and contact application methods, a functioning perovskite solar cell is obtained. Devices such as ultrasonic and ultraviolet ozone cleaners, spin coaters and evaporators are employed in this process. For the purpose of performance analysis, several series of solar cells were fabricated. In the second part of the thesis, the focus is on analyzing the characteristic properties of the manufactured solar cells and investigating the impact of reverse voltage on their performance. This includes measuring breakdown voltages and observing variations among the cells due to the fabrication process. It is also discovered that the majority of the fabricated perovskite solar cells can withstand temporary reverse voltage conditions, while some undergo irreversible damage.
