Abstract
Zaradi potrebe po večji varnosti in zagotavljanju boljših pogojev dela smo se v domačem podjetju ob selitvi proizvodnje na novo lokacijo, odločili za prenovo delovne postaje – izrezovanje oken. Na tej postaji mora delavec splezati na oder, ki je nad višino strehe avtomobila, da lahko izreže odprtine za strešna okna in klimatsko napravo. V preteklosti smo uporabljali voziček na kolesih, ki je zaradi količine dela in varnosti postal neustrezen. V zaključni nalogi je cilj s konstruirati in izdelati nov fiksni oder. Konstruiranje smo začeli z izbiro primernih nosilcev glede na prostor in naše potrebe. Izdelali smo celotni servisni oder v 3D modelirniku. V to so spada nosilna konstrukcija, delovne površine in stopnice, ki povezujejo vse delovne površine. Pri tem smo upoštevali dimenzije avtomobila ter prostora – višina, širina ter pozicija oken in dvižnih vrat. Na koncu smo izvedli statični preračun nosilne konstrukcije delovnega odra.

Title:Design and fabrication of a work platform
Abstract:
Due to the need for increased safety and improved working conditions, our domestic company has decided to renovate the work station for window cutting as part of the relocation of our production to a new location. At this station, the worker needs to climb onto a platform, which is elevated above the height of a car's roof, in order to cut openings for roof windows and air conditioning units. In the past, we a wheeled cart was used for this purpose, which has become inadequate due to the volume of work and safety concerns. The objective of the final project was to design and manufacture a new fixed platform. The design process commenced with selecting suitable supports based on the available space and our requirements. The complete service platform was designed within a 3D modeling tool. This encompassed the load-bearing bar structure, working surfaces, and stairs that connected all the working areas. In doing so, the vehicle's dimensions were considered as well as the space, i.e. height, width, and the positioning of windows and lift doors. Ultimately, static analysis on the main structure was performed to determine the extent of deflection in the primary load-bearing beams.
