The thesis introduces an interface connecting a microprocessor-controlled ap-
paratus with a web browser-equipped control device. This interface creates a
wireless access point and web server. Through these, the control device accesses
a graphical interface for displaying and adjusting apparatus’s parameters, and
offers display customization.
The interface is built using the ESP32 module with its own power supply and
optocoupler. This enables communication with the apparatus’s microcontroller
via RS-232 protocol. The communication relies on defined data packets, allow-
ing compatibility with various apparatuses offering serial connection to external
devices. The interface also supports wireless over-the-air firmware updates.
